Only yesterday I wrote you about the accident I survived on January 1st in my friend’s car. Below is MY car today after yet another accident!
I am so frustrated. The guy who cut me off doesn’t have a drivers license, or insurance, nor does he speak any English. Grrrrrr!
There were 3 more people in my car but no one was hurt. I wonder for how long I can test my luck. :-( No blogging today, I am too much under stress.

Be thankful you have insurance. My situation was similar and guy didn’t show up for court because he wasn’t here legally. Used fake name, attached plates and gave false address. Was finally arrested, but now, more than ever, it is important to make sure you have uninsured motorist coverage.
The damage was estimated at $4300 which is just around $1000 short of the car current value at kbb.com
The body shop says it will take a few weeks to fix it. I don’t have uninsured motorist coverage which means I have to pay $500 deductable. Also no rental car coverage.
I am looking at my options. One of them could be cash the check ($3800) and try to sell the damaged car to a bodyshop for parts (or to repair).
One month without a car is too much trouble.
