To participate, go to Costco.com and enter 111775758538 member id at My Account page before registering (you will be prompted to register after you add an item to your shopping cart).

Neat, except what if you already ARE a member of Costco. Shouldn’t you get the same discount too? Or something comparable? Doesn’t give much incentive to join then does it?
Sorry, I don’t get your comment. Why do you need an incentive if you are already a Costco member?
This promotion is a marketing teaser for people without membership. Supposedly once you try low Costco prices you will want to keep them coming by joining the club.
