My neighborhood got a 48.. Considering most places are about a mile away, not sure why we scored so poorly?

My guess is they consider variety of places and their proximity with some categories having preference over other. What did your score come to?

Interesting that you mentioned this... I just discoverd this website a few days ago. I am not sure what they mean by walkable and how they come up with the ratings. I live in Farmington, MN and there are plenty of places to walk, yet my place is rated very badly. Unless they think you cannot walk if you don't have groomed trails in the park ;) who knows... Speaking of cool sites - check this out:

Hmm, a mini-bike from Sharper Image... very interesting. Maybe this is where <a href="http://probargainhunter.com/2007/07/31/my-10-discover-card-cash-back-bonus/" rel="nofollow">my cash back gift cards</a> should go.

I'm working to improve trails in my town. Since I'll soon be starting a job where I sit too much, I also purchased a mini-bike from Sharper Image. It fits under the desk so I can exercise while I'm working. I hate that feeling of sitting too much because I sense my muscles getting flabbier by the day.
