The issue with Alexa rankings is that it is based on a younger audience who has installed the Alexa toolbar. As a vertical comparison engine focusing on health products, <a href="http://www.healthpricer.com" rel="nofollow">www.healthpricer.com</a> has a traffic rank of ~7500 and should be somewhere in the top 25 of the list.
