I had 2 of 4 "bad cartridges. One I know for sure was working just prior to taking it in. The other had been sitting for awhile. I was mad. Walgreens associates have been tellling a number of people that their ink cartridges are damaged or do not work, which alleviates them from the commitment of refilling cartsidges for free (Sept 12).
