Sorry to hear that, Richie. Get an RMA from HandheldItems (<a href="http://handhelditems.com/rma_request.php" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">link</a>) and have them replace it! Luckily mine still in one piece and flies despite my sons attempts to take it apart.

I bought one from HobbyTron.com as well as you guys. The one from HobbyTron.com flies way better and is better built. Are you guys selling a knock-off version?? You must be because of the much higher quality from HobbyTron. I hope other people are having better luck from you guys, but as for me, I will shop elsewhere and make sure that I don't get a knock-off product. Thanks though!

I have one from Hobbytron, which my 3 yr old son was able to fly for about 30 seconds. They really are great fun.

We flew it in the back yard, and it got stuck in a tree. So we went to the second floor window and used a small pole to jab it loose from the tree!

It's hard to buy that much fun these days for only $12.

I received the helicopter today. The first thought I had was if a thing for 12 bucks can be so miniature and still fly, what can military do with all their money!

My 5 y.o. son and I have been playing with it all day today and I am not sure who is having more fun. The biggest challenge is to keep it steady and avoid crashing in the walls. We ended up in the garage since it has a lot of open space.

At one point I felt challenged and took it outside. Don't repeat my mistake. The thing is so light that even an innocent wind can move it a lot. I lost control of it very quickly and it crash landed hard on the ground leaving a crack in the landing gear.

Other than this accident, I am amazed at how sturdy and well designed the helicopter is. It actually has two motors, in the cabin and at the tail (I expected some sort of gear connecting these two propellers, silly me!).

There is just one problem with it, I want to spend more money now for a bigger toy! ;-)

Hi,

Customer review on their site state that this toy does not going forward or backwards.
“Its fun, works well for inside only. Cannot control forward or backward motion, just up and down and turns, however, it stays in a relatively small area so the challenge is to keep it up as long as you can. I bought two I like it so much.”
Anyway, it should be fun for my 6 years old son. Just wonder how long would take him to break it….

Thanks,
Daniel

Yeah, I was also wondering how could this be so cheap. I guess I will find it out pretty soon. ;-)

<a href="http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8029228" rel="nofollow">Here</a> is some home video with this thing in the air. Looks like fun. This might be a different model though. There are literally tons of them out there. None are as cheap though...

Yan,

You wont believe it, I just got back from Hong Kong yesterday, and I visited the Night Market, a place for tourists to get ripped off. There was this vendor selling what looks to be like the exact same Heliicopter, either way I told her that if she got the Heli in the air and was able to steer it properly Id buy it. She got the thing up but after that it was hopeless, it even hit a guy in the head.

I hope this one is a lot better.
