Home Depot coupon – 10% off entire purchase

Update: this offer has expired, go to Home Depot Coupons at Buxr.com for the updated list of Home Depot coupons

I just received this in the email. Home Depot is running a seasonal sale. The coupon is for HomeDepot.com only, not valid in a brick & mortar store. Not sure how useful that is, all of my shopping with them has been local so far but this discount may change it.

Enter FALLSAVINGS221 (expired) at checkout to take 10% off your entire online purchase. Offer expires October 24, 2007.

i had a terrible experience with homedepot.com. I ordered a boxing stand from them in Feb 2005 — they overcharged me by nearly 150 dollars (causing me to overdraft — thanks HD! It took over a month for my charge to be corrected).

My order took at least a month to arrive, and when finally showed it was clear that the fulfillment company had simply tossed the contents (I presume they removed the original box — I certainly did not receive anything resembling official Everlast packaging) into the largest box they could find and shipped it with no padding whatsoever. I would’ve overlooked the damage, as I didn’t want to bother with the return process but it was also MISSING essential parts (several bolts and a few structural items, including the arm to attach the speed bag). Naturally, it took a great deal of time to receive my order refund after I rma’d the product. Homedepot.com did not offer any sort of recompense for my trouble.

I will never shop online with them again, no matter how good the deal is, and i try to avoid their B&M stores whenever possible.

Oh boy, what a story. I hope it is just your bad luck! The only time I ordered from them was some building materials a year ago which was delivered on time. But that was done by a third party company, HomeDepot just acted as affiliate.
