Name your favorite deal site

I have been tracking deal sites popularity for over a year now and it just occurred to me that I never really asked you, my readers, what is your favorite deal site?

So here it goes. I seeded the answers with top 20 sites from the last month list but feel free to add your own favorites in the comments and I will include them in voting.

What is your favorite deal site?

Just love this site. Especially good for electronic items.

DealShake.com – Tells you what deals are ending each day so that you don’t miss out on them.

    I love DealScans.com, but I’m a bit biased :)

dealnews.com has been my homepage for over a year… they seem to update 24/7, its crazy.

also, its the only one i’ve found that doesn’t look like it was designed by a 12 year old in 1992.

Slickdeals.net is always my first stop. Bensbargains, dealsea, and techbargains are also good, but slickdeals typically only has the real hot stuff

I’d like to see Shopping-Bargains.com added to the voting mix. Thanks!

Dealnews is continually updated, and only lists the best available deals. They also filter out sleazy vendors – so if you buy from their listings, you know you’re working w/ a reputable merchant.

    my socks rock for dealnews

  9. 9 Janet Nov 26th, 2007 at 2:55 pm

Hey – It’s a “done deal” with dealnews! Why would I go anywhere else? Love it!!!

  10. 10 Heather Nov 26th, 2007 at 5:24 pm

DealTaker.com ROCKS!!!! I get emails every 3 hours with the latest posted deals. They find the best deals on the best stuff. Like their logo says, it is “the cool place for hot deals”.

I finished all my holiday shopping already with the fabulous deals at Dealtaker.

i love dealnews, i always find great bargains there

  13. 13 Vic Nov 27th, 2007 at 12:45 am

Dealnews & Markdown Monkey. Both of them are easy to read and provide good information without too much hype.

I love fatwallet.com Getting paid to make purchaees through their links is a great bonus. I used to go to SD, but since they started spamming other deal sites, they have lost credibility.

Shameless plug for my own little deals site! Dealdino.com – you know you love the dinosaur!

  16. 16 Alex Nov 27th, 2007 at 11:09 am

I use dealscloud.com and wireddeals.com the most :) But they are not on this list. Since most of deals I use from there come from slickdeals, I voted for slickdeals. But I never go to that web site, I just use the tools here to get the data. Thanks for those tools!

I really prefer DealTaker. It just seems like things are easier to find, plus I LOVE the community they’ve built up there. It’s fun just to hang out on their boards.

DealTaker ROCKS….It’s the only Deal site for me.

This is my first year on Dealtaker.com and it’s my favorite!! The deals on there are incredible and the best around. Dealtaker.com has so much to offer. Not only did I have my Christmas shopping done in August (usually I’m still scrambling around the week before Christmas), but I spent hundreds of dollars less than I normally do. Thank you Dealtaker!!!! You’re the best!!

In all my years doing online shopping, I have yet to come across a site that is greater than dealtaker.com. The deals offered are unbelievable!! There is also a forum for free stuff. I have a closet filled with hundreds of items that I received for free! Awesome deals, free stuff and a friendly community…who could ask for more?

  22. 22 Scott Nov 28th, 2007 at 11:49 pm

    Yan, how about http://www.mallicious.com

  23. 23 Yan Nov 28th, 2007 at 11:59 pm

Sure, why not. Get enough votes (currently only 4 are needed to beat Dealigg) and it will get Mallicious in the “Favorite Deal Sites” widget I just added to the front page. ;-)

  24. 24 Markdown Monkey Nov 30th, 2007 at 10:10 am

    Thanks for the nod Vic!

They have the best coupons and deals around. I already have birthday shopping done for the 2008 year and half my Christmas shopping done for 2008! The deals keep pouring in!

  27. 27 Jeffrey Kafer Jan 6th, 2008 at 3:38 am

http://qponcentral.com has been around since 1997, longer than most of the ones you mention above.

  28. 28 Suzanne Jan 16th, 2008 at 2:02 pm

One of the best websites for deals is most certainly doggonedeals.com !

  29. 29 Tressa Feb 6th, 2008 at 9:40 pm
