Every time I have been there, they act very weird, they were very unfriendly to check stock for genuine price match. With so much competition from BB, CC and online store (and of course ebay), why would the customer want to deal with unfriendly attitude ! A lesson to be learn for CC and BB. If anything my complaint would be that I either didn't have enough money or didn't have enough space to buy all the things that I wanted in this store. My only real complaint is that the store was located so far away. My experiences there though have been good. Now just ask me about my experience with Radio Shack and I will "bend" your ear! This is just my own opinion but I never really had any negative experiences with CompUSA. If anything my complaint would be that I either didn’t have enough money or didn’t have enough space to buy all the things that I wanted in this store.

My only real complaint is that the store was located so far away. My experiences there though have been good.

Now just ask me about my experience with Radio Shack and I will “bend” your ear!

Laurel, NJ store on Monday evening with my $100 gift card. The manager said I'd better use it tonight (12/10) or tomorrow (12/11) because it might not be honored after that. I know they are referred to as CrapUSSR sometimes on Fatwallet but they've been very nice to me. ;) I actually found their staff to be way more knowledgeable about computers than Best Buy.
