		<description>I don&#039;t know if this idea is so brilliant. After all, they are located on every other block in most major cities in the world it seems. They&#039;re not exactly doing bad. I guess it depends how small the &quot;short&quot; cup is. I&#039;m picturing something similar to what you get at the dentists office to rinse out with. That wouldn&#039;t be too good. I&#039;m a big fan of free refills though. I would welcome that!
