This coupon surfaced on SlickDeals forums here. It excludes technology items but some people on the discussion thread suggest to use it at a competitor store (like Office Max or Staples) which with some luck will get you the desired result. Here is an interesting comment:
It usually is up to store manager’s initiative, or cashier’s confidence and knowledge. They all HATE high-value or high-ratio (such as $5/25, $25/50, etc.) competitor coupons. There is an enabler code they they enter at the register for the outsider coupons. Some cashier don’t know it, some hesitate to use it, some are obligated to consult the manager.
