I am a customer of both Wamu/Chase and BankOfAmerica. Wamu doesn't charge for the plain checks. I have a BankOfAmerica checking balance with over $2,000, 2 credit cards and an equity line. For 200 plain checks I was charged $20.00. I asked aboutr the cost and was told it was nominal. Well to BOA, $20 times a few million customers becomes more than a nominal FEE! Wachovia looks like a good replacement to BOA.

I have been using Walmart check printing for a few years now. I think I have used every check design they offer, except Disney. I have been very pleased with them. They are by far the cheapest checks online. Their S/H is not bad either. I used to spend $30.00 or more for 1 box of duplicates on other websites until I found out that Walmart printed checks. The only thing that I could say is that they do need more designs to choose from but if this means an increase in price that is okay. I am fine with what they have to offer. The time it takes to receive your checks is quick. They have never made a mistake on any of my checks. Also, one more added benefit is that they will deduct the money for the checks right out the account you made the checks for, if you want them to. You can pay by other methods as well. Overall, I give them a five star rating.

Honestly I prefer cats. I probably had 10 at different times back in Russia. Almost all ended up eaten by street dogs. ;-)

Yep, Walmart is a Google among retailers. By the way, Ford did rebound today. Good catch!

First things first - cute puppy ;)

Now, about the checks - a box of checks lasts about a year for me, although we started writing more of them lately to day care. I usually use whatever the current special I can find on slickdeals or FW. Your walmart find is pretty awesome - is there anything that Walmart doesn't do?
