In addition to scrapping all they can, they spam Google big time with hidden keywords all over their pages (look at their H2 tags.

They got banned from many many affiliate programs, when merchants understood what their game is.
After all they were sued many times in their previous ventures already (yes ban me again if you want but it&#039;s true, the Australian based company Stateless system is a scam)</description>
