The change in rating shows the difference compared to September results. The list has 31 web sites, one less than the last month (Hawkee is gone). There are 19 more sites in my database that don’t meet Alexa Rank < 100,000 requirement. The average price comparison site has fallen (2.07%) this month
The best performer this month is again streetprices.com with a gain of (12.69%). The second best is calibex.com (8.39%). The worst performer this month is bottomdollar.com with a loss of (-23.6%). Please enjoy the complete list below.

The change in rating shows the difference compared to December results. The list has a total of 33 web sites which is the same number as the last month. There are 17 more sites in my database that don’t meet Alexa Rank < 100,000 requirement (one less because I just removed Boodle). The average price comparison site has lost (1.51%) this month
The best performer this month is again mysimon.com (18.09%) followed by streetprices.com with a gain of (16.92%). The worst performer this month is (for a third month in a row) bestwebbuys.com with a loss of (-30.08%) followed by shoplocal.com (-11.28%). Please enjoy the complete list below.

This is July 2007 revision of the Popular Price Comparison web sites list. You can find the last month revision of the list here.
The change in rating shows the difference compared to June results. The list has a total of 34 web sites compared to 35 last month. One more price comparison engine is out, this time it is streetprices.com who joins 14 more sites in my database that don’t meet Alexa Rank < 100,000 requirement.
calibex.com (21.71%), the NexTag company, is leading today’s list closely followed by pronto.com (21.39%) who have recently launched a site redesign (currently in beta) featuring such social features as product ranking by users and product reviews.
The worst result comes from activeshopper.com (-86.42%) which suddenly drops to the last position in the list. Does anyone have an explanation to this?
(*) Note: traffic stats for these sites is an aggregate of all traffic to the top domain (e.g. Yahoo.com or Google.com) and thus cannot be used to judge how popular this particular price comparison service is.
